We noticed that these agents often operate within narrow confines and limitations. Having lived abroad for numerous years, we recognised India's lack of a comprehensive property management approach.
Driven by this realization, we introduced full-service property management and Real Estate service to transform property ownership in India into a delightful experience.

Meet Our Team
An Engineer by profession, she has worked in the software industry for over 15 years. She got to visit and work in the US, Middle East, and India. Her passion for real estate combined with her experience in Project Management, remote operations helped her setting up Ghar Befikar.
She is based in the San Fransisco Bay Area
She has done a Master's in Chemistry and has vast experience in managing properties across India and South Africa. Her passion for customer service combined with her experience as an NRI helps her set the foundation for operations in India. She believes that one day Ghar Befikar will be a familiar name with operations across all major cities in India.
